Service provided to customers for specific book requests.
If available, the item is sourced with a $10 deposit. Customer will be contacted for full details for book acquisition within 48 hours of the submitted deposit.
Once the book is located, a cost estimate is provided to the customer. The customer has the option to accept or not accept the requested item. If accepted, the full cost of the item + shipping will be invoiced to customer, with the deposit covering the acquisition fee. If NOT accepted, the deposit is refunded to the customer.
Customer can cancel at anytime.
